This Cinnamon Apple Chia Pudding is creamy, naturally sweetened, and full of fall

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup diced apple (skin on)
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 scoop Amare Fit20 vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp monk fruit sweetener (optional)
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a jar or bowl, whisk together almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, sweetener, and salt until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds and diced apple.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after the first 30 minutes.
Before serving, give it a good stir and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
