INGREDIENTS

4 oz salmon fillet (skin removed)
1 cup Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juicer
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon on one side of the baking sheet and Brussels sprouts on the other.
Drizzle olive oil over Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
Sprinkle half of the spice mixture over the salmon and the other half over the Brussels sprouts.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and Brussels sprouts are tender-crisp.
Drizzle salmon with lemon juice before serving.
