A creamy berry smoothie in a glass with fresh blueberries and strawberries on a bright marble counter.

The Berry Vanilla Protein Smoothie I Make on Repeat

July 13, 20261 min read

Hey friend,

Some mornings you just don't have it in you to cook, and that's exactly when this smoothie saves me. It takes about five minutes, it's creamy and a little sweet, and it actually holds me over instead of leaving me hungry by mid-morning. The secret is the protein, 22 grams of it, so it works as a real breakfast, not just a snack.

Why I love it: it tastes like a treat, but it's real food doing real work.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional, brightens the flavor)

  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

  • 1 cup ice

Directions: Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away, while it's cold and fresh.

Enjoy, friend. You've got this.

Love you big,
