MY STORY

Hey friend,
I'm jen.

I was raised on grit and fueled by love, and I'm here to inspire yours. If you found your way to this page, there's a good chance you're standing where I once stood, tired of feeling stuck in your body and quietly wondering if this is just how it is now. It isn't, and I'd love to tell you how I got here.

Where I come from

A Vegas girl who loved the dirt more than the glitter.

Young Jen through the years — on a horse at a rodeo, on her BMX bike, and in front of the family house

Growing up, you were more likely to find me on a BMX track or a dirt bike than anywhere near the glitter of the Strip. I loved horses, gardening with my grandpa, and digging holes in the yard with my dad, and I was always a daddy's girl chasing something real. I also learned to cook at five years old, standing on a little stool beside my grandmother Lora, and to this day she's in every recipe I make.

That same drive turned into a lifetime of building things. I've been an entrepreneur for about 30 years, starting young in my family's electrical sign and lighting business, building companies of my own along the way, and taking over the family business in 2005, which I still run remotely today. Building has always been who I am. For a long time, though, the one thing I wasn't building was my own health.

The year that changed everything

The promise that started it all.

In 2016, I lost my husband unexpectedly, and it was the hardest chapter of my life. It's also the reason I do what I do now. He had a way about him, he believed in living naturally, and he inspired everyone around him to live their best life. When he was gone, I made a promise that his legacy would live on through me.

That promise is where my whole journey into natural living and foundational health began. It's also why the words at the bottom of everything I make say

inspiring you to live your best life

They were always his.

I packed up and headed for Idaho.

By 2020, my kids were grown and a new chapter was calling, so I made a fresh start and relocated to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The mountains, the lake, and the fresh air felt like coming home. Around that same time, though, midlife really started to take its toll. I lost my energy, my spark, and somewhere along the way I stopped feeling like myself.

So I did the work, naturally. I went back to real food, movement, strength training, and the simple daily foundations, and little by little, I came back to myself. I went back to school in 2025 and earned my credential as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2026, so I could take everything I'd been living and truly help other women find their way back too.

Life now

LIFE NOW.

These days, my favorite title is Gigi. I'm a proud mom of four, two girls and two boys, all grown now, and my grandson Grayson gave my heart a whole new reason to grow. When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll usually find me outside hiking, out on the water, or off exploring somewhere I've never been. My heart is fully in wellness now, and I get to do the work I love from a place I love.

My mission

My mission is simple.

I want to help you feel like yourself again, naturally and fully, without restriction, without quick fixes, and without starting over every Monday. If you're not sure where to begin, start with the quiz, and in two minutes I'll show you your first foundation.

It's only 2 minutes

Love you big,
Jen
