Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Step-by-Step Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, coconut sugar, minced garlic, and grated giner to create the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef slices and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli. Stir until the sauce coats the ingredients evenly.
- Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors blend.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
