About Me
Hello there...I'm so happy you are here! So let me tell you a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV where I have spent most of my career in the electrical sign and lighting industry. I'm a proud mother of four beautiful children who absolutely mean the world to me. It's crazy how it seems just like yesterday they were just itty bitty but now they are all grown and pursing their own careers. Enjoy each and every moment because time goes by so fast!
Being a country girl at heart, I relocated to Michigan after my children all graduated college so I could reside with my boyfriend and his littles. Talk about a weather change from Las Vegas but I absolutely love it here.
What do I like to do? I enjoy traveling, cooking, the outdoors, snow skiing, boating, walks in nature, bike rides, gardening, and raising my chickens.
While I still operate my electrical sign and lighting company I'm grateful I get to live my true passion. I'm pursuing my certification as a nutrition coach to expand my knowledge on proactive wellness and serving others.
So here I am now doing just that. Living my passion as a wellness coach & sharing lifestyle tips, healthy recipes, and sharing things I absolutely love.
Overall, to put everything in a nutshell, I'm a simple girl just trying to live my best life one day at a time while inspiring others to do the same!

Stay Hydrated
Did you know that if you are dehydrated it makes it nearly impossible to lose weight and for your body to function at its optimal performance?
Staying hydrated plays a huge role on how your body functions. It increases energy, creates better digestion, increases brain performance, detoxifies the body, and aids in weight loss!
Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily and work up to drinking 1 gallon per day.
Move Your Body
To maintain a healthy weight we need to burn more calories than we are consuming on a daily basis.
Staying active can be as simple as walking and getting in 10,000 steps per day.
