INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup gluten-free oatmeal (blended to oat flour)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. All all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to a mixing bown until well combined.
3. Spray a mini loaf pan with nonstick spray.
4. Pour batter into pan.
5. Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips.
6. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Do not over bake. Cooking times may vary depending on your oven. Test with toothpick poked in center until toothpick comes out clean.
