Hands down THE BEST Green Goddess Dressing I have ever had. I put it literally on everything. Salads, chicken, seafood, rice, pasta, you name it! Try it mixed with iceburg lettuce. You won't be dissapointed.
Ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small shallot
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh dill
- 1 cup fresh chives
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1 green onion
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
