I'm literaly obsessed with Devotion's new flavor Salted Caramel Cone protein powder. Hands down my favorite protein powders because of the taste and how easy they are to bake with. These mini loaves are convenient to make ahead and pop in fridge or even take on the go. This recipe only has 4 ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. Makes: 4 mini loaves
Each loaf:
30g Protein
260 calories
Ingredients:
1 cup of Devotion Salted Caramel Cone Protein Powder (equivalent to 4 scoops)
1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup of egg whites
1 cup of canned pumpkin puree
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir till mixed completely.
2. Spray mini loaf pans with non stick spray.
3. Pour into pans and add to preheated 350 degree oven for approx. 15 minutes. Ovens vary. Don't overcook or they will dry out.
