Chocolate Avocado Mousse, Because Dessert Belongs in the Reset
Hey friend,
Let me say something you might not expect from a wellness practitioner: dessert belongs in the Reset. Really. Feeling like you can never have a treat is exactly what makes people give up. So no, we're not cutting out dessert. We're just making it from real food.
This chocolate mousse is rich, silky, and honestly feels indulgent, but it's built from an avocado and Greek yogurt. You'd never guess. The avocado makes it creamy, the Greek yogurt makes it rich and adds protein, and there's no powder or weird stuff, just real food that happens to taste like a treat.

Per serving (estimate): 240 calories, 8g protein, 15g fat, 20g carbs
Ingredients:
1/2 small ripe avocado
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 to 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, to thin
1 to 2 tsp monk fruit sweetener, to taste
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Directions: Blend the avocado, Greek yogurt, cocoa, vanilla, almond milk, monk fruit, and salt until completely smooth and glossy. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
A little tip: use a really ripe avocado, it's the difference between silky and chunky. Add the almond milk a splash at a time until it's just the thickness you like.
This is exactly the kind of recipe that fills my cookbook, The Forever Reset, more than a hundred real-food recipes, dessert included.
Treat yourself, friend. You've got this.
Love you big,
Jen
