
The 5 Foundations, and Why They Beat Another Diet

How many times have you started over on a Monday? New diet, new rules, all the willpower you could gather, and by Wednesday you felt like you failed again. I did that for years. The problem was never you. It was the diets.
Diets ask you to white-knuckle your way through restriction. They don't fix why you feel tired, foggy, and stuck in the first place. So the weight and the low energy come right back.
What finally worked for me wasn't another diet. It was going back to the basics my body actually depends on. I call them the five foundations, and everything I do is built on them:
Blood sugar. Eating so your energy stays even, instead of crashing and craving all afternoon.
Real, nutrient-dense food. Giving your body the good stuff it's actually hungry for, so you feel full and satisfied.
Digestion. Helping your gut work well, because that's where feeling good really starts.
Sleep. The free reset that changes your energy, your mood, and your cravings.
Stress. Learning to carry it better, so it stops running the show.
None of this is flashy. That's kind of the point. They're simple, and they work together. When you support them, your body finally has what it needs to feel like you again. No restriction. No starting over every Monday.
