I have spent about 30 years as an entrepreneur before I found my passion in wellness. Now I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, a mom of four, and a very proud Gigi in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I came through my own midlife struggle and found my way back to the foundations.
